Born on a Different Cloud Lyrics

Born on a different cloud
from the ones that have burst round town
It's no surprise to me
that you're classless, clever and free

Loaded just like a gun
You're the hero that's still unsung
Living on borrowed time
You're my sun and you're...

Obviously this meaning is probably nothing near the intended meaning but the first thing I thought of was child abuse and a broken home "lonely soul, breaking up your mother's pride" and "nothing ever gets done especially when your hands are tied" perhaps one is with one parent and one is with the other perhaps an unstable home maybe one got the lucky break escaped before anything really affected them in their memory and long-term so they're "born of a different cloud" the unlucky child feeling "that it's no surprise to me that your clever classless and free" and in the end "nothing is ever done until the war is won" and "lonely soul busy working overtime" the unlucky sibling busy taking care of the unstable parent in an unfortunate role reversal and "you're the hero that's still unsung" noone is getting credit and recovery and therapy for what they have been or are going through on both sides I know I overanalyzed the heck out of this.

Obviously this meaning is probably nothing near the intended meaning but the first thing I thought of was child abuse and a broken home "lonely soul, breaking up your mother's pride" and "nothing ever gets done especially when your hands are tied" I see it as being about siblings separated perhaps one is with one parent and one is with the other perhaps an unstable home maybe one got the lucky break escaped before anything really affected them in their memory and long-term so they're "born of a different cloud" the unlucky child feeling "that it's no surprise to me that your clever classless and free" and in the end "nothing is ever done until the war is won" and "lonely soul busy working overtime" the unlucky sibling busy taking care of the unstable parent in an unfortunate role reversal and "you're the hero that's still unsung" noone is getting credit and recovery and therapy for what they have been or are going through on both sides I know I overanalyzed the heck out of this.
