I love this song, as it's really neat and nice to listen to. :) Plus, it's told from the point of view of someone who has experienced a "white Christmas", meaning a Christmas with snow, in his or her childhood. As an adult, the person is now dreaming about a "white Christmas", and he (or she) hopes that every person's days will be "merry and bright" and that all their Christmases will be "white".
