Stay Gold, Ponyboy Lyrics
i hope you find it on greener ground and bluer skies
i hope you don't think less of me
if i'm cold i don't want to watch you go
i'll cry until i can't see the whites of your eyes for two more...

I've never actually heard this song, but just from the title I know it's a reference to the book The Outsiders. The character Johnny tells this to Ponyboy in a letter before he dies, along with some other things mentioned in the song. This itself is an allusion to the line "nothing that's gold can stay" from a poem by Robert Frost. So this song is about loss and how nothing can last forever.
