Men At Work: Overkill Meaning
Song Released: 1983
Overkill Lyrics
-
Very clear to me: fear and panic attacks. Starts at night, fights them, 'cries' come back another day.
Thoughts and images and feelings which are to much and to hard (for anyone sometimes) to handle, he can't get out of his mind, and they invase his head, like ghosts, like an attack, fear, panic, alone and hoping they fade away.
My English is not very good but I hope I have made a good comment about how I translate his beautiful song of which I had so very very much support.
Who can it be now? Is also about this mental problem. Again, someone who suffers under this illness needs understanding. And not negative judging. We will create judging anyway. At home in bed.
Sounds maybe a bit 'to much',but hearing this song I feld happy: He understands!!! Word by word.
