Its about the dangers of drinking to excess. Its about people who know that drinking is bad however are so tempted by it and enjoy it so much taht they can;t stop and end up binging. He sings something like "although ones more than enough 10 is not enough". I should not preach because I am one of the worst culprits I know but use alcohol in moderation and don't over drink - it may make you do things you didnt want to do. Be careful when drinking - its a harder drug than you think and has a whole aray of negative side effects that people would not realise.
