"Here we go again" I think its about the person he loves whether it's a relationship or a friendship the person has changed. He's talking about how much it hurts for people you love to change. "You're not the person that I knew back then,it's all to late to set things right 'cause everything has been," The second part is talking about how he knows he can't change it. It makes him mad and it hurts him. "Let's try and act like this didn't happen. Follow your friends like you ever had them" Makes me believe he just wants to forget about it and move on no matter how much it hurts him.
