Adam lambert here is heartbroken,probably shunned by a lover or some friend.Here he is trying to tell himself that it is alright,it's not the first time this happened.He then feels irritated by how he runs after love,only to be dilapidated.But then he accepts that he wants love,and won't be able to do without it.There is this emotional whirlwind going on, and nearing the end of the song,he gets over his heartbreak and comes out strong,yet with a bleeding heart along:)
