    This song also pertains to our sometimes mundane perspective of life...also how we view people we come accross with from day to day, then--comes those times when we are taken aback with a fresh realization and appreciation with what is before us. Actually, we can find beauty everywhere it just takes an uncovered and adjusted lense to get a fresh take :)

    In the romantic point of view, it could be in a setting where the person is not her usual self, " dressed up just a little" definitely an unticipated spectacle. We have those times, even at workplace when we are taken from our usual routine, or we are in a social gathering, where we can express our styles and authenticity...then that coworker was reminded " til you remind a fool" what he is missing under his nose. Then all he sees is you, " with fresh eyes"...

    He suddenly recognizes this girl for who she really is seeing her with "fresh eyes" he says he is in love with a stranger but he is in love the new person he sees in her.
