What are you doing up at this hour reading this? Can't sleep? Well, a lot of us can't. Apparently we're all too stressed out, too hopped up on caffeine, or just too obsessive. Mind you, insomnia isn't staying up deliberately. Insomnia is when you want to sleep, and can't. You lay in bed, you toss and turn, you get up and have a snack, you lay back down...
