We must accept our weakness and know that God can work through us no matter how weak we are. We must repent for neglecting God's purpose and open our eyes to those who need to have the same realization. Awaken to the state of this fallen world and awaken to the fact that God will make you strong through your weaknesses if you let Him.

I think the song means accepting yourself despite your flaws. Living life to the best of your ability even though you may not be perfect and there are things you wish could change. We strive for perfection and sometimes get close, but we always fail to get there.
