    It's about weed. He's describing weed like its a girl. Listen to the first & second verse and the chorus.

    He's saying "I would if I could pull you right now"
    What he means is the plant isn't done growing yet, but him nor his friends can wait for it. Cause they know it's gonna be awesome.
