This song is talking about the reign of God. In the song, they say "so let your love reign, in my hallow land" which talks about Gods love for humanity. "I've been waiting all my life to feel this, make me whole again" is asking God to be in your heart. I can support this because at the end of the song, they say " you pulled me from my hell, you saved me from myself, and now this is who I am, at the end of the road" which is saying that God has stepped into our lives and he is changing us with his love. This song is focused on Gods love and his reign over his creation. In the third line of the song, it says "my heart belongs to you" or in other words, he has accepted God into his life and have accepted the free gift of his salvation
