I think this song is about the constant revolution of the world were living in right now. In his own words, "the way I live with the word revolution is that it's like evolution, you can’t always see it happening but it’s always taking place...there's not going to be one epiphany of a day were everything is revolved and all the politicians stop lying...were all part of it and its whether your part of the revolution and if your trying to make a change or not." He's basically reflecting on how bad our contemporary society and how we have to build it back up again.
