    Kerli was a little girl with her gift of singing and even though she didn't always meet her goal she kept trying even though people from her country began calling failures "kerlis" (i read the whole failure thing somewhere once; not sure if its true) she kept trying and she is a beautiful girl with a beautiful voice and her lyrics speak to us all. So id say this song is about not giving up because when you get where your going it will be so amazing that you'll feel like you're " walking on air" .
