    This song talk about girl that always think about man, and regard him as trouble, but eventually she realize he slowly become part of her even dominating her, and she still helplessly love and hate him

    It is clearly talking about the devil with his temptations. If you replace trouble with "devil" you will see what I'm talking about. And this song is suddenly too creepy to listen to...

    This song is about being aware that trouble & temptations are everywhere. The song reminds everyone to be careful with their decisions. Married guys or gals has no reason or purpose to be talking, flirting, hanging out with a friend, coz it might lead to an illicit affair.

    For me, this song is all about her 2 different personality, the changing into another person maybe because of using an elicit drugs that is uncontrollable and make her mind troubled leaving from her dark side, even she/he tried to leave, its always there wherever she go…

    I think this song is about drugs and a drug addiction. She hates that she's addicted but can't stop ("Trouble is a friend but trouble is a foe oh oh" and).

    Her addiction is a part of herself so "He sees what I see and he knows what I know oh oh".

    Jesus is that friend, whom she doesn't like but there is no way she can escape him because he is there in her heart. Jesus is in everyone's heart, please turn back to God and reconcile with your true creator while you can.

    This song is about being aware of troubles and temptations in life. One must be cautious, alert, vigilant and sensible. This song teaches us to be careful with our decisions in life. For example, when one is married, there is no reason or purpose to talk, flirt, or sleep with someone else because one has found the special connection when they married their spouse. Great song and reminder for everyone regardless if one is married, with gf/bf, or unattached.

    Trouble is a Friend, it's about humans who realized that they have to be aware of their decisions in life and not to be in trouble because trouble is everywhere and you have to be careful of every person you meet, every decision you make about everything. This song is telling us to be cautious and alert because temptations or troubles are everywhere.

    For example, if one is married, they should not have a special connection with the opposite gender. The reason why people get married because they realized that they have found the special connection or the person they want to be connected with the rest of their lives. So there is no reason or purpose for talking, flirting, sleeping with someone else besides your spouse or partner in life. Trouble is also present for those who have a gf/bf and trouble is also present for those who are unattached. Everyone must be vigilant and sensible.

    Great song and a reminder for everyone to not get into trouble or troubles in life.

    I’m a married man and had a special connection with a woman friend. We flirted a lot and she told me about this song and then stopped talking to me. 2 years later out of the blue she asks to see me and tells me that she’s always been in love with me and that my presence tempted her to want to sleep with me. She gave into trouble.

    well, i had this dream about a man who came to me. he said that i belong to him and he wanted me to come with him. it's kinda creepy, but i felt something about this man, something like a connection. i don't know. it's been almost five years since the dream, and i just can't stop thinking about it..

    i feel that this song is related to this kind of situation. about someone, somewhere deep inside ourselves. we never know this someone is imaginary or not, good or bad.. but we just believe that he's there, he's real, and he'll come someday..

    it was for me written in these parts:
