    It's definitely a feminist song, but it's more like don't treat all these girls like these fragile little flowers, & also don't treat all the girls like they are inhuman. By her talking about the good sides and the bad sides to her personality it's to show that even though she tries to look good she's far from perfect. In society women have this expectation of perfection, and it's just unrealistic, so Maggie is crushing this stipulationew given to females. It's a girl power song for sure :)

    I am not sure, but I am guessing the meaning behind this song is about girls are more than there looks. Women are people too, and there is so much more to them than just their looks. Women are strong, powerful people, but when you see a picture of a "Pretty Girl" you don't think about anything but their looks.

    I think in this song Maggie said the voice of a woman that they are not pretty if you see the outer beauty in her they are bad and shameless bcz they can't live according to your instructions whatever you think about them they doesn't needed to perfect in your eyes bcz you thought that a girl is perfect when she doesn't drunk doesn't abuse doesn't take their own dicision doesn't argue if you think so about this quality should live in a perfect and pretty girl then we are not pretty we are happy to being shameless

    This song pretty girl as I see it, is simply telling all other girls in the world that they shouldn't only be seen as a pretty girl. They should be seen as something more, something that brings more impact. Others may see it in them even if they don't see it in themselves. Maggie passed across a message saying that she ain't just a pretty girl. She's more than what people see and talk about everytime. That's how it should actually be. That's what should really be. Even I learnt from the message and tried to make an impact in some people's lives. Not bragging but I am also a very pretty girl but at least most people know me as more than just a pretty girl. You should actually stand out and be different in whatever you do or whatever you face in this life. That's the simple truth you should know.

    okay, so it think its about how girls have lives and hearts behind the outer layer, of being pretty and strong. It's about how we have feelings and can be hurt, even if we decide to mask it with a smile, and forced happiness. Personally I really like this song, and what it's all about, because some people,(specifically men) can't tell when we're not actually fine and when we are.
