   This could be about rebellion against the right to bear arms in the American constitution. The repition of "we the people" followed by "are we the people?" Questioning opening line from the constitution that it is by and for the American people and therefore represents everybody.
   "This is the face you'll never change" reference to the difficulty people have changing gun laws in America.
   "This is the tongue that whips you down" and "These are the fears that swing over head" examples of references to the propaganda used to keep the current gun laws in place.
   "This is the tongue that speaks on the inside" referring to the power large companies and associations with the agenda of keeping gun laws as they are have within American government.
