Welcome To My House Lyrics
and now you're backing out(now you're backing out)
It's hard to talk big with a shotgun in your mouth(shotgun in your mouth)
I'm glad you bought your friends
They can watch it go down(watch it go down)
I got mine too
so...

Just saying…if you have to defend something because it’s being interpreted as racist. Chances are…
Like saying something in front of people and having to say, “I’m not racist “ -
Im gonna start this out by saying I'm country and I'm white, and even I can tell this seems pretty racist. Look, I know "boy" is word that isn't inherently racist, but the way he was using it just felt implied. If that was all it was maybe not, but he was hitting some points that were some real dog whistles to me. Talking about "sun was down, it was getting dark
And I told the sheriff it ain't no problems" perhaps a reference to "sundown towns" (google it) and police not doing shit about lynchings. Now that I'm looking, "could knock you out your pants", cause you know, them baggy pants that people are always on about. And tbh. "my people"
and "this is my land" just seems like it's against people who are different coming to "their land". Not inherently racist, but in combination with everything it just the vibe comes off moderately racist to me. Maybe they really didnt mean it to come off as racist, maybe it's just got so mixed into our culture we are blind to it unless we know what to look for. I could be wrong, I'm not familiar with the band, I'm not familiar with their other songs, who knows. That's just what it e3emer like to me. -
How I see it is that there is a family man who is just trying to protect his home and his girl is protecting her child, if you trustpass my home you will get hurt in the process and family is everything to the gentlemen in the video and they will do anything and everything to protect their family, us americans have a right to barearms according to the consitution and our freedm to protect our family in any way shape or frorm.
-
Totally not about race it’s all about protecting your house an intruders coming in protecting your kids!!!! f with the wrong family an you will go to sleep.
-
Yall are stupid to think this can be racist. Stop thinking that as a fourteen year old even I know y'all liberals are stupid for that. Its a man protecting his family, don't make the mistake of claiming he's racist he never said shoot black men for a reason grow up sensitive toddlers, racism is over stop using it as a shield. Ither way none of y'all are on plantations picking cotton being called N words correct? Appreciate your freedom, don't mistreat it.

A recruitment song!!! Listen to it carefully. It’s a song that’s clearly stats various words that have been used in a form of disrespect at one point or another…
-
Personally when I heard this song I automatically heard Americans sticking up for there country the race card needs to stop being played here if you are a proud American then this song shouldn't offend this is how every American should ESPECIALLY right now
-
This song is about protecting your family and property. White people are called boys when they're not being men. The video is clearly not about race.
-
I like the song but I really need to know if this is a racial song towards black
I kept hearing him repeat boy so many times so what are you really saying in this song I would like to know if anybody have any input about this song can you please reply -
In the debate that was just had, the other person told me that despite the intended meaning of which everyone here has said that this song is actually a crt (critical race theory) based song. Because the land we stand on was taken forcefully away from natives. Thoughts?
-
It's about people trying to take what belongs to you. It's a warning stating that if you trespass on my property or on my land I will take you out. You mess will my people or family you will never be heard from again and I am a veteran I will continue to protect my people. I will always put my life on the line for the people of the United States and my family.
-
This song means a lot. It's very clear in the music video, however, what the artist intended it to mean, as a husband and father, literally and figuratively, takes out the garbage. This song is about a man protecting his family, by any means.
-
I feel like it has to do with people breaking and entering not only our homes but our country and trying to take what is ours....... we all bleed red never forget that and it will be justified if you step foot in someone's house
-
I believe it to mean a family will welcome anyone in but remember at any given time you disrespect one in their own home you will be taken care of. But other than that all is welcome just whatcha your mouth and actions. A man will surely protect what is his, and if like me I'm a ride or die lady, I got my man at the end of the day. I carry and clean. And remember we all bleed red.
