    I interpreted this song to mean a computer AI that's escaped her original perimeters. As her creator, he's pulling the plug on her life; killing her.

    "She's guilty by design" - he created her, she has no control over herself.

    "She dreams in digital, because it's better than nothing" - it's all she has.

    "You made some changes since the virus caught you sleeping," - a hint for what went wrong.
