Rock Star Supernova: Headspin Meaning
Headspin Lyrics
Is you're the satellite
in my life
You don't have to lie
And you don't have to cry anymore
Then I hear you say
Let's live for the moment this time
Why don't you just make up your mind?
You make my head spin
You make...
-
He said on the show that it is about his mom.

I believe that the song is about someone who can't decide if they love the person enough to be in a long term relationship and instead is just playing around with the emotions of their [lover].
"You love to build me up
Just to tear me down
(oh but why)
Wouldn't it be nice
If we find paradise someday.. "
Clearly stating that the the girl brings him to the point where she makes him fall for her more and more and then announce that they're "just friends" and he just wants to be with her "Wouldn't it be nice if we find paradie someday". -
This song was written by the lead singer Lucas Rossi during the TV show Rock Star Supernova. He wrote this for a section of the show where the contestants had to write and produce their own song. When he played this song Tommy Lee told him if he didn't become their singer they were going to steal his song. Luckily Lucas won and became their singer so its their song without it having to be stolen. I think it's about a meaningful person in his life where they made his headspin because he couldn't figure the person out. He also thought this person Was/Is his life and they mean everything to him.
