Saosin: You're Not Alone Meaning
You're Not Alone Lyrics
To wander off in the evergreen park
Slowly searching
For any sign of the ones he used to love
He says he's got nothing left to live for
(He says he's got nothing left)
And this time I think you'll know
You're not...

#1 top rated interpretation:Even if you are in a situation where it seems like there truely is no one that loves you, Jesus, our Creator and Savior does. When you have "nothing left to live for", searching for a relationship with Him will fill the void, and no matter how hard life gets, you will always know that you are loved.

#2 top rated interpretation:This song is about suicide and making it out (as when people are brought to the center of the town to be saved and float up). There might be people looking down on you and (going through town with people keeping to themselves kinda staring) good things don't help (putting sweets into her mouth) "You're not alone" you're not the only one in the world and there is someone there.

I believe that this song is speaking to everybody who feels trapped in their lives like there's no way out no matter what they do. Now think of our soldiers or maybe just people in poverty I think this song is for everybody to wake up and see that we can make a difference and let at least one person in a depressing state know that they're not alone and that we as people can actually make a difference in their lives and in our own. There is so much judgment and disgusting hate in this world that I believe the video alone shows it. We all can be better we just have to try.

I base my opinion off of suicide. When people think of it, they are sad, depressed, lonely, "ALONE" and this song says that you are not alone because you are you and other people feel the same way. You don't need medication, or people to tell you who you are. You need to know and recognize who are as a person that is unique and special. when everone hates, appreciate, because they are jealous, and wish they were you

I could have easily mistaken this as a Christian song. I know, Saosin is not Christian, but the song is just so Christian-like. I look at it as if God is talking throughout the whole song, the first verse is Him telling you about the boy who thinks he has nothing left to live for. The boy is thinking of suicide. The chorus tells the boy that he is not alone, and God knows that the boy isn't cause He is with him and He will help him. The second verse is talking about the girl who is not as happy as she appears to be. Then the chorus rolls around. It's a really good song, they should be a christian band :)

Ok so to me this song is about someone who is depressed and wants to kill themselves. Because they do not think that there is anyone out there that loves them anymore.
And so they do not think that they have anything left to live for. And they say that Your not alone that your going to make it through the hard times. And that there are people out there the same way you are.
