Sleigh Bells: Rill Rill Meaning
Rill Rill Lyrics
Sixteen six six six and I know the part
You are the river flow
And we can never know
We're just a weatherman
You make the wind blow
Keep thinking about every straight face yes
Wonder what...

1TOP RATED
#1 top rated interpretation:It's about Jodi Arias, folks.
Have a heart, have a heart, have a heart [Travis broke up with her]
Sixteen [age when they met, six, six, six [evil] and I know the part
You are the river flow
And we can never know
We're just a weatherman
You make the wind blow [emotional swings, sweet to violent; or Jodie’s ever-changing stories about what happened]
Keep thinking about every straight face, yes
Wonder what your boyfriend thinks about your braces [dig at Travis’ girlfriend]
What about them
I'm all about them
Six sets straight, ace
Cut 'em in the bathroom [Travis was stabbed in the bathroom] - Also check out the video where the guy she's driving has been shot in the head like Travis
So this is it then? [end of the relationship; end of his life]
You're here to win, friend [she will vanquish]
Click, click [harassing hang up calls], settle up [revenge] see you on the moon then [i.e. leaving life]
You're all alone friend [no one to save him from her]
Pick up the phone then
Ring, ring call them up
Tell them about the new trends [the new girlfriend that triggered Jodi’s stalking] -
jodi killed her bf 2 years after this ogn came out so..
i like the idea of the guns amd coke lines , feels more under the radar tjen just teenage qualms -
the main idea presented by this song is teenagehood/childhood. In the music video, for example, hanging on the dashboard mirror of the car is a picture of a little girl and a little boy, presumably a picture of alexis krauss and derek edward miller when they were younger. Throughout the video, as well as in the lyrics, there are many references that link to the troubles a person faces whilst growing up, including self harming, which is kind of a teenage phenomenon. There is an image of a milkshake in a cup overflowing, this may represent the excesses of a teenager's mind (a milkshake is something that stereotypically only a child drinks). Also, there is an image of blood materializing out of the speaker holes of a phone; this may represent how a lonely, insecure young person may seek false comfort by talking to his/her friend about the new trends ("what about them, i'm all about them","You're all alone friend, pick up the phone then, rill rill, call them up, tell them 'bout the new trends")
-
The song is about a young girl who gets hooked on adderall and coke. The dealer is asking her about her boyfriend and braves. Cut em in the bathroom is about doing lines. Straight faces are people who dont get high. Cool song.
-
I think it means, "we're sexy little Satan sluts"
-
Its not saddle up..its settle up. Click click..the sound of the gun. The song is about gambling..poker...maybe cocaine too.
-
I also think it's about Jodi Arias:
Sick Sex, Straight Ace, Cut him in the bathroom. -
Click click saddle up see you on the moon then
Going with the idea that this is about cocaine use, the click click could be the the sound of the razor blade chopping the coke up into lines. And the rest of this lyric about snorting the coke, and getting higher than the moon. -
I believe that this song is about a once-innocent high school girl who gets into peer pressure by dating an older bad boy who does cocaine. Her friends are trying to knock some sense into her but the drugs and popularity got to her head. I will decode some of the lyrics below.
'Have a heart, have a heart, have a heart' these lyrics are repeated over and over and could be portraying the hurt that the girl's friends feel because of her newfound angst.
'Sixteen six six six' this could mean that the girl is sixteen, and 666 is symbolism for the devil.
'Keep thinking about every straight face yes" in this case, striaght means straight edge. The protagonist's friends are urging her to remember the straight edge life her friends lead and what she once led as well
'Wonder what your boyfriend thinks about your braces' braces are a common symbol for preteen and adolensence, so its implying that the girl is much much younger than her boyfriend, and her friends are simply wondering what he thinks about her being so young.
'What about them
Im all about them' is her friends saying that its ok to be straight-edge and innocent, that they support the fact that you shouldnt change yourself for anybody, unlike what the protagonist allegedly did for her boyfriend
'Six straight A's cut em in the bathroom' meaning she used to get straight A's but now she spends her time doing cocaine in the bathroom
'Click click saddle up see you on the moon then' meaning get ready to get high, higher than the moon
'Rill rill call them up tell them about the new trends' protagonist is eating up her newfound power and popularity
'Sixteen six six six and a fell apart' meaning shes 16, with 666 (the devil) and her friend is done, the protagonist messed up too many times for her friends to try and save her
'You form a tarot pack' this is the girls friend warning her that she chooses how her life ends up by the way she's treating her life with drugs.
Hope i helped! -
The song is about a girl and her crew following the new trend, which is snorting coke. They cut 6 lines in the bathroom. 3 for her and three for her friend.
The coke dealer makes the wind blow, blow is in reference to cocaine. The drugdealer is like god, he has the power. But in this case he's more like satan, because drugs are evil. Which explains 16 - 6 6 6,the devils numbers. Drugs have an evil hold on people. And 16 is an age where you can easily go towards the wrong path.
So this is it then?
You're here to win friend
Click click saddle up see you on the moon then
And all alone friend
Pick up their phones then
Ring ring call them up
Tell them about the new trends
So this is it? Meaning she got her drugs and that's all she's getting for however much she spent. The dealer is winning. Click click cocking a gun, saddle up being equips with drugs. See you in the moon, they're gonna get high. Ring ring, she's calling her dealer for the new trend, coke. And spreading the word.
The whole song is about a cocaine addiction. -
I'm pretty sure this song is about a "bad girl", possibly a gangbanger, trying to hook up with another girl she has a crush on, who as a boyfriend.
Have a heart, have a heart (I have a heart, care about me)
16 (age) 666 (feeling evil) I know the part
Wonder what your boyfriend thinks about your braces
What about them
I'm all about them
sick set (crew/gang) straight ace (bad ass)
cut 'em in the bathroom (well, shit.)
Anyway, the whole song follows like this. -
16 666 and i know the part- the first person (the one speaking, or in this case, singing the song) knows how mean teenage girls are and metaphorically likened the second person (the one she is talking/singing to), a 16 year old girl, to the beast from revelation who has the number 666.
-
its about drugs gambeling and 2 girls fighting over a guy!!!!
-
In my mind it's partially about a girl having feelings for her female friend. "and I know the part" could refer to her knowing what her role should traditionally be sexually in highschool. Then "Wonder what your boyfriend thinks about your braces
What about them
I'm all about them" could be talking about her friend's boyfriend and how he doesn't feel for the friend the way she does. "So this is it then" could mean she's unfulfilled by her relationship with this girl. -
what does 16 - 666 mean?
