Tank: I Can't Make You Love Me Meaning
I Can't Make You Love Me Lyrics
Turn down the bed
Turn down these voices
Inside my head
Lay down with me
Tell me no lies
Just hold me close
Don't patronize
Don't patronize
'Cause I can't make you love me
If you don't
You can't make your heart...

I can relate to this song. See my wife was in abusive marriage for 14 years, who her ex cheated on her while she be at work she come home he have them at their house.so when we got together she said she got wall around her heart. I share same responsibility as her cook clean take care of our son n we just have outside drama. When things get rough she runs. I bought flowers cards candy etc. My wife cheated twice I forgave her. I'm trying everything to make her realize she has real good man n has take down her wall so I can get in her heart, its not working. Things I doing not good enough for her.i cry as 36 yr old man cuz love her n I'm jus bout give up. Anniversary came n no call from her n she got me blocked 2 months.
