If you watched the episode, this would be easy. She recently found out that the boy uses girls to date him to get good grades on certain subjects. So he's practically a player.

I'm no genius. But it sounds like she just caught her boyfriend cheating on her. And vows that he'll be bowing down at her feet "crawling like a centipede" begging for her forgiveness.

The meaning is obvious..... She is dating a boy. And the boy is messing with another girl behind her back. She finds out so she is saying he will rue the day he cheated on her. She is also saying when the other girl finds out that the boy will be begging to take Victoria back even though he treated her wrong by cheating on her.
