   Dean and Gene have stated that a large number of their songs begin with one of them creating a fictional character in his head and write a song which is essentially a biography for that character. Ocean Man, Pandy Fackler, Voodoo Lady, Frank, Richard Smoker, Big Jilm. I certainly doubt there is any hidden message in Ocean Man, such as "as long as you have the ocean everything can ease". WTF?
