Here Comes the Sun Lyrics
and I say it's all right
Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it's all...

dear dummies, this song obviously represents the change that George looked forward to during the civil rights movement. read about it. peace.
-
I view "Here Comes the Sun", as where someone has lost a family member, from the cause of death. The song, about the sun coming out, assures the surviving family members that everything is eventually going to be fine.

I listen to this song whenever I'm sick, lonely, or depressed. it truly does help me get through the troubles. thanks George ! may you rest in peace. oh and I pretty much agree with everyones explanation of the song.

I view this song a little differently. the sun is a big light, like what people see when they are dying. it doesnt necessarily mean the end of his life is coming, but it could be the end of something else, like a graduation. he is saying the end is coming and he is okay with that because whatever is ending had a good run and it's time to move on.
this is how I see the song because I'm graduating from a school I have been going to for 9 years and it just set in I'm leaving. so I know the end is near, and even though it's hard to understand, I'm okay with it. :) -
this song was written by george harrison , after he found out about erik clapton and his wife patty and he makes his feelings about maureen starkey ( ringos wife) popular. Futhermore the band has had the first discussions about the finance management and george hate his job. So one morning he spend by his best friend clapton he saw the sun rise and the hope that all will be good influte him ...

This song is about WWII.
If you listen closely, there's a sound like a bomb dropping in the beginning.
The long cold lonely winter is the war.
The sun (sun sun, here it comes) is the bomb. . .
and "it feels like years since it's been here" is about peace. -
This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway

I think this song is about how their life is changing for the better. It wasnt going so great but the future looks promising.
-
I think this song is about freedom.
John and Paul didn't let George to sing his songs and record them up.
Sometimes the sun means freedom- for people who was in the prison a lot of time.
I think George felt that he is finelly free to express his ideas.
George Harold Harrison- Rest in peace!!!! -
The Truth is ...Paul, John and Ringo all thought George was not creative to write a song However, Not only did Gearge write a song for the album (Abbey Road) it later would prove to be the most popular of all the songs on that album ...The Song ?...."Here comes the sun"

I think that this song means that things are kind of crappy now but the sun will come out, meaning everything will get better, and it will all be alright

this may be a song that is going down as an anthem. i remember when i would drive to work on the first day of spring the radio dj would play this song along with aquarious. it was like " hey we made it through another winter, i was an appliance repair technician and drove allover westchester county, ny . it wasn't fun in those old ford vans with the engine right next to you instead of in front. spring is here
