Perhaps it's referring to their ill-fated movie of the same name, or inviting people to come on a tour? The Beatles undoubtedly used a lot of drugs, but most of their songs didn't have drug references.

For those who like uncovering drug references in Beatles songs, I've read that "roll up" as used in this song, refers to rolling up a joint - as well as its more innocent meaning of come closer, come in as used by a carnival barker. Believe it or not.
