Old Brown Shoe Lyrics

I want a love that’s right but right is only half of what’s wrong.
I want a short haired girl who sometimes wears it twice as long.

I’m so glad you came here, it won’t be...

I think there's a strong link here to the song hey Jude by Paul McCartney. That's the chorus at the end… Hey Jude hey Jude hey Jude. Hey Jude is about comforting Julian Lennon when his parents got divorced. This song is about getting together with somebody and comforting them maybe it has the same meaning is hey Jude?

I think that he is saying that he is in love and confused, he's not sure what he wants.
He wants one thing one second, then the next he wants the total opposite.
He's saying that the only thing he is sure about is his love.
He says that he is changing out of his old habits, and developing new ones.

Great Song, but it means absolutely nothing.
