   Basically, it's saying that a name means nothing. It's just something put together to label you.

   It's upsetting, but the setting has changed

   They're saying that he believed in what you were labeled as. He was upset, but everything has changed now. He's realized that you arent as similiar to him as he believed you were.

   They're saying that everyone is trying out different personalities to cover their true emotions, and the ones that work for them are the ones that surprisingly work for people like their friends as well. So they are saying go ahead and try out a new personality.

   He's saying that he told the secret that he was supposed to keep, but when he talks to you about it, you get very into the topic. When they say that this season's had some better days, he's saying that things haven't been going well lately. Then he says keep it steady cause your losing the pace, meaning you're letting whatever has been bugging you get to you. He's trying to tell you to not let it get you down.
