Cat Stevens: Tuesday's Dead Meaning
Song Released: 1971
Tuesday's Dead Lyrics
I'm only the underline of the word
Yes, I'm like him, just like you, I can't tell you what to do
Like everybody else I'm searching through what I've heard
Whoa, where do you go?
When...

Being young at heart with a curious soul to make a mark in time that is not only his to give glory to, ever since hearing and believing that God is love to be discovered. On his road to find out searching high and low for that meaning in life to be learned with the hope to be received by Him, but not in anyway to become above Him. Where the ego and pride of our narcissism when young, wants to be like Him or Him[God], that knows, if anybody tries he'll may find out like the old saying goes ''Those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad'' to fall eventually in the hope that you may realize God for who he truly is. 'Cause there is no way realistically to be God, only to surrender and humble yourself in the hope you'll be one with Him one day. Little sad that this song was used against Cat Stevens [Yusuf Islamb] especially after that Tuesday morning of 911 that still at times makes me think of our fallen heroes. Thinking of the verse ''Who told tomorrow Tuesday's Dead? I don't really know this for sure, but I don't believe that God told anybody to be afraid tuesday's dead 'cause on Monday he obviously wants him to be optimistic about looking ahead, putting his faith in God, even if his time will be up on the next day which is Tuesday to face up and break down any of the assumed negativity used against Him to still turn the world around one more time, no matter what ''the superstitious ones'' that believes bad things could happen on Tuesdays and where ''the evil ones'' are influenced by their evil to do their ungodly works with that day on a certain time, where The Protagonist in this song just wants to rise and overcome above some of these negative beliefs, except not to try to be above God.
