A song with little to no change up in lyrics can still hold deep meanings. Daft Punk, known for their robotic personas, incorporated this song as one who is working in a factory.

The lyrics make us Harder, better, faster, stronger is an analogy for building a product, particularly robotic or electronic products as the song implies make us in a mechanical tone.

A strong support of the factory ordeal is the beat of the music. The music is set in specific rhymes similar to that of a conveyor working it's separate parts to build it. This also leads to the change in musical interludes of the song at different parts of the development of the product.

Hour after hour work is never over, meaning that workers continuing working forever to build products that can be made better and faster then they previously were. This is a relatively true statement as technology always improves and things can outdo their previous models.

The biggest hope for the workers in the song is to build a model of perfection, yet is impossible because something can always be made better. Thus is why the song is a constant loop of working and making everything harder, better faster and stronger. This is also why the song ends with the lyrics our work is never over.
