Release Me (And Let Me Love Again) Lyrics
-
An oldy but good one. This song brings back many memories of my first marriage that lasted 31 years before I finally told my first wife I hadn't been in love with her in years. The truth was she hadn't loved me either anymore we were just going through the motions. We are both now happy. My interpretation is about someone pleading with their partner, wife, or husband to release them so they can be happy. These are not easy words to say. My interpretation may seem personal but that is the beauty of music and it brings to me such a extraordinary life experience.
