Not one of my favorites but whenever I hear it I have to listen. It may be about her feeling sad "here comes the rain again" because she feels love for someone and possibly their not together anymore. She wants to know if they feel the sadness too "is it raining with you".

According to Annie Lennox's biography, the duo wrote this song's lyrics after an argument while on tour in a hotel room. This song is really about Annie yearning for a more visible and connected kind of love. This song's overall message is dark and hostile, however, with the question, "Is it raining with you?" insinuates that she is trying to find a connection with her romantic interest.
