Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) Lyrics
-
This song is a cover. His intention was to take a seemingly calm, lighthearted song and change the sound to eeriness, changing the perception of the song as well.
He has done this to a couple of songs, but this one is the most well known. Perhaps its because while changing the tone of the song you are able to see that the lyrics are somewhat disturbing. The eery feel of the lyrics are hidden behind upbeat dance instrumentals, but when you take that away youre left with the bare bones of the song.
