Lead On lyrics.. I think it's a combination of both. The lady had relationship before with a man. He left and she was heart broken. The lady transferred to another town and she unexpectedly saw the man in the new town. They became honest with each other. I think the man broke up with him or he only wanted to be friends. She invited him to meet somewhere before but they didn't meet. She told him that her invitation is still open and if they could meet somewhere and really talk. I think they want to rekindle their relationship or flame for each other.

This song sort of reminded me about a guy friend who I was suppose to meet but didn't. I also transferred to another town and if I was not mistaken I saw him late last year near the town where I am now living. I think we saw each other and he was wearing a hoodie. I'm not really sure if I also saw him four months ago in the town where I am now living. I think I only saw his back and wearing a hoodie too. Or it's only my illusion.

I can't decide if it's a lady and a man who are actually meeting for the first time, or if it's a couple separated in the past that are meeting again and rekindling the flame...?
