MAGIC!: Rude Meaning
Song Released: 2013
Rude Lyrics
And put on my best suit
got in my car and raced like a jet
all the way to you
knocked on your door, with heart in my hand
to ask you a question
'Cause I know that you're an old-fashioned man, yeah
Can...

The song means that there is a couple who love each other then when they ask the father of the girl he says "No" then the boy knew that the father of the girl does not like him or give him blessing for their marriage.

The meaning of " love me or hate me we will be boys "
Meaning of love me = You may like me. You can care for me. You can treasure me. You can think highly of me. You can adore me. Meaning of hate me = You can dislike me. You can abhor me. You can despise me. You can detest me. Meaning of we will be boys... Men typically act childishly even if they are already a grown-up. Hope I was able to clear this song, your welcome. -
This is a question about the song..
what does it mean "love me or hate me we will be boys"
i understand the rest of the song and what it means, however this line confused me.
If anyone could clear this up for me it would be greatly appreciated!! -
The song is about a couple who have been dating and he thinks they are ready for marriage. But when he asks his girlfriend's father he sadly says 'no'. The guy saysto the father 'why do you have to be so rude' then the guy keeps asking for his blessing but keeps saying 'no' then they 'get married'when they ask both parents the mother says yes but the father still says no. so the couple still gets married even though he didnt get the blessing.
