    It seems to really focus on boys and wars, obviously. So it makes me think she wants there to be more female rulers. I mean if there were more women leaders don't you think there would be less war. It actually does have some scientific proof. Men tend to be more violent than women. Of course, that's not always true.

    It'sbasically asking how many "no money" or, boys who have no financial power in the world, can start a war. Which is none. Why? Since it is all the rich people starting wars and the poor boys are just fighting their wars.

    I haven't completely studied the lyrics yet, but on the first few listens, this song reminds me of girls that idolize soldiers that go to war. She's sort of making a satire of that. It sounds like a party where all the girls want to see the boys but they're all at war, and "How many boys to start a war?". How many boys are there at war?
    I think that's what this is about.
