MISSIO: Middle Fingers Meaning

Middle Fingers Lyrics

I agree with the above commenters interpretation, but I also view it as a song kind of making fun of the hipster types out there. Usually craving to be obscure and special, they usually end up into the same type, ultimately just exuding angst and arrogance.

Something I feel strongly toward this song is its way of telling everyone he's different and he could care less. He wants to be an individual not another person from a crowd of nameless faces. He also states "I am tired of seeing pretty faces everywhere," I think this is saying how he hates the way everyone is so over-invested with their looks, this can also be said about their clothes and everyone's want to be famous. "I'll just keep on throwing middle fingers in the air." I think this main phrase said throughout the song is his way of saying kindly 'I'm going to be myself and no one can tell me I can't.'
