I think this song is about being a girl in constant need of male validation and who to get it doesn't hesitate to use her beauty or overly sexualize herself.

At the song's beginning, the narrator recognizes her beauty and asks what she would do with it. In the chorus, she feels her skin "is plump and full of life" and says she is in the prime of her life. In the second verse, she wants someone to "take (her) picture", possibly indicating that she wants others to observe her beauty before it passes. Altogether, this could mean that she is at the point where her beauty is more distinguishable and that she might be afraid that time will soon diminish her appearance.

I think liquid smooth is about women being over sexualised and only feeling validated by men in a sexual way, and the desperate need to be touched.
