Paul McCartney: Monkberry Moon Delight Meaning
Monkberry Moon Delight Lyrics
So I sat in the attic,
A piano at my nose,
And the wind played a dreadful cantata.
Sore was I from the crack of an enemy's hose,
And the horrible sound of tomato.
Ketchup (ketchup)
Soup and puree (Soup and puree),
Don't get left...
-
those lyrics sound like catch up super durae dont get left behind, from lack of recording john wasnt doing and jist of your letter was how do you sleep song, credisized about piano playing left a knot in his stomach ,monkberry moon delight was drugs and if your fans can only see you , when you read lyrics this dont make a bit of sense so i dont know either.

It is exactly what PM says, that and nothing more.
-
I believe the song is about, the affair between John and Brian Epstein. Followed by Johns song, How do you sleep at night.

One dude with a Russian website Beatles.ru says of the song. The hero was sitting in the attic at the piano and tormented with the stomach. Its annoying rattle rats. When he got up to go to the bathroom, he saw a terrible picture - hid in a barrel two little rat and destroyed (sucking, drinking) Monkberry Moon Delight. He was in shock. Yes, he knows that he is a clown, clown and a moron (banana). What's in his head would not understand that. But he is not a boy, and do not understand the meaning of this letter.
And at the end of powerlessness that can not stop it all begins to worry and screaming Monkberry Moon Delight!
This dude thinks the song is dedicated to the disintegration of The Beatles. Monkberry Moon Delight - it's The Beatles. Two little rat - John and Yoko.
I think that is very similar.
