Rev Theory: Broken Bones Meaning
Broken Bones Lyrics
between wrong and right
And I know...
There is a part of me
that I try to hide
But I can't win
And I can't fight
I keep holding on too tight
Running away from the
world outside
CHORUS
Now I am calling
Hoping you'll...

My interpretation of the song is that it is someone in pain. A battle with mental health. They are fighting a losing battle against their demons. You just want to try live a normal life but your are drowning and you need someone to help take away the pain, but you run away from the people who love you. You don't want to feel anymore pain and you are too far gone to be saved and the battle is lost.

its about someone who lost someone so dearly to him/her and left a broken bones In there hearth, and if you listen to the bridge it says am not coming home now ,am so far away,so far from home.
-
This is my own personal interpretation. I view the song being sung from a man who is an outsider that has had a difficult life and has suffered many emotional scars. He longs to be with somebody and find "the one," who will help him heal, or "mend these broken bones." There may be a specific girl which he longs for or is too afraid to talk to, or it may be a broad reference.
