    I saw Rob do an interview and most of us know it's about his wife and how she's got some horrible disease. He wrote it about her because she's got this thing that gives her so much pain and he can't do anything to make it go away. He tries to be strong for her, but seeing her that way simply kills him. It could also be viewed as seeing someone you love be in such deep emotional pain that you can't help them and it hurts you as well.

    This song is based loosly upon Rob's wife, who has an auto-immune disease.

    It describes his feelings towards her, how much he loves her, but cannot stand to see her suffer like this.

    The song also touches on how she is struggling with life as a person with an auto-immune disease
