    if you hear the chorus, its pretty clear she bought a robot. "So you want to understand me
    You just see what you want to see
    There's no way I can help you out
    You don't know what it's all about"; she went out and got herself robot. She couldn't get a man!

    I think it is a song about sad love.
    A girl loves a man who is mostly like a robot; He wakes up every morning the same time, and go for work. it is the same day over and over again. He is a living dead; doesn't seem to have any feelings. And he doesn't notice his love any more. She's missing him, and is sad because he is so monotome
