Slave to the Grind Lyrics
-
Slave to the grind is when someone wants to break free of the everyday life they think has control over them and their ability to free themselves of it and by failing they become a slave to their everyday life. They want to overcome the control they feel it has over them when it is that feeling what empowers them the most, they not the slave of the grind. If they do break free of it then they are the slave as then they would know the difference between this false freedom they are trying break through into that is not real even if they manage to do this, they have then lost the power of their life the grind is their power to overcome things in life they are not a slave to anyone, but the illusion of freedom makes them feel as a slave.
