Sleep Tonight Lyrics

We dont want to sleep tonight
Still young like that i count the lines
Beside your mouth that smiles now
My arms reach up as you go down
With buried heads we both forget
All of the past and its regret
Wind picks up, the window shakes
We wont hear...

We dont want to sleep tonight (for the reason of each others company)
Still young like that i count the lines
Beside your mouth that smiles now (being close to one another)
My arms reach up as you go down (giving the other person your trust/body)
With buried heads we both forget (both engaged in the moment)
All of the past and its regret
Wind picks up, the window shakes (energy is up and movement is there)
We wont hear the morning break (occupied by one another)

    You will cry
And i will cry (wishing, hoping, and desiring one thing: perhaps that being love)
    Cuz all the love's
    Alive tonight

Neighbourhoods will try to dream (while people sleep)
While you and me we hold and lean (two people connect physically)
Onto bodies slick and charged (most likely- sex)
Together just one beating heart (love, not just sex)
    All around us quiet now
We hear the leaves fall to the ground
    Morning light upon our bed
An ally while i catch your breath (still close and feeling the emotions of being one and in love)

    You will cry
    And i will cry
    Cuz all the love's
    Alive tonight
    You will cry.....repeat
