   its obviously about being high but i don't think its about marijuana. its probably about stronger drugs or permanently being high. that happens to people with serious addictions or who have been doing drugs for many years,

   This song is about marijuana. "Don't ever get stuck in the sky when your high" just means don't smoke marijuana. Serj is just saying don't do drugs. This song rocks!
