So this is what I came up with, nothing carved in stone but here's what I pondered....
In my opinion the song must be of sexual meaning...

(Could be refering to another or his male counter part. Mabey implying no matter which way he holds her it's still obscene)(either way)

(Within her eyes there is somethng obscene, when he is with her he knows it's obscene)

(A possible Subjecting of yourself to deafeat, when you sleep with whores),
the bad feet thing (where they lead you is bad) (the defeat again)

well to the guy marked as #3 you might wanna take a look at the lyric sheet because no where in there does it say "this may require for you to hold still, baby" just saying. i love this song just for the fact listening to it in a average way sounds so fucking weird which is just what serj is hes crazy and thats why i love this guy, but i would like to know if there ever is a meaning to it.

I'm not sure if this has been pointed out before, or if it is just a massive coincidence but in the film "Candyman" there's a scene where it says "To The Sweet" on a cubicle door, and then an arrow pointing to a white toilet, the "milky seat"?
To me it seems like a coincidence as there are not really any other references to this film in the song but it's still worth pointing out.

No it literally does not have a hidden meaning... They just did it for fun, Daron says in one of the interviews. Also, 'beat the meat' simply means, 'beat the meat'. Look at Serj playing it live, he 'air wanks' when singing that part xD

This song is obviously talking about anal. Banana symbolizes a phallus. Terracotta is a type of mud. Pie normally refers to vagina, but a "terracotta" pie (like saying mud pie) definitely refers to an ass. The "milky seat" part of the chorus verifies that , because it is referring to their "milky" (cum-filled) ass. Therefore, it is quite obviously referring to anal sex. As for the chorus, it is talking about prostitutes. "Beat the meat, treat the feet to the milky seat" is referring to fucking them, then kicking their "milky" ass out. I'm sure it has other meaning along with it, but the fact that everyone thinks "terracotta pie" refers to vagina is just stupid.
