   The chorus is about him trying to find his destiny, and how there r ups and downs in life, and how this is not going to change no matter what is thrown at him. Talks about how descriminated he was, he was abused, and felt no one cared about him, how maybe it may be harder for black people to earn money due to descrimination. The second verse is about he needed society to change, and gave up faith and became astray. Mentioning how money makes people go evil (change in a bad way). He had a dream to chase for money, but lead him no where. when nobody cares about u, u need to keep screaming for them to notice u.

   I think, his mum is a prostitute because she can't find any work. The kid loves his mum to death but hates her clients, resents them to the max. He tries writing to make some money, but all he can see are obstacles.
   
   It's a really emotional piece.
