This song, I relate to... I have had negative experiences from issues with my father not being active to my ex leaving for another woman and repeatedly cheating until I had finally had enough to dating and men playing games. After time and having best friends that are guys and watching them date, i've learned to spot lies and BS and call the shots before they even have a chance which is why i love the verse that says "ALL THOSE MIND GAMES BUT THEY ALL LOSE".
However, I was raised by strong women in the South and I know what I want but i've developed a "depend on me and me only" way of life because i've had to pick up shattered pieces of my life when a man has come along and done damage.
I have sons and I work my ass off for them each and every day... they are my everything and I teach them how to be more than what women want and expect men to be in this society filled with "boys" who have not been taught to be actual Men.
In this song, the girl WON'T COMMIT... putting your everything in one person just to be hurt is tiring and women do have needs "I'LL BE GOOD IN BED BUT I'LL BE BAD TO YOU" she knows sex is human nature- not all the time,anywhere, with anyone like a Ccommon whore but on her terms only with someone yeah she's slightly interested in and has some mild relationship with- that she wants it just like a man does. I'm in great shape, I have a lot of tattoos-tasteful and can be covered up, i'm a wonderful mother, i keep myself up, i'm happy about life, love my family and friends, love my career and have a healthy relationship with my ex now that we are not together and most importantly i can look at myself in the mirror everyday (sometimes multiple times a day) and I LOVE THE WOMAN SMILING BACK AT ME.

the last person is a idiot cause its not about that at all. Its about agirl who wont completely give herself to someone, and the guy sees that in her, and thinks she wont commit to him because of something in her past. But yet in the beginning it clearly states that they negelect the if, and's, or but's which means they dont put the strain on all the questionable parts on there relationship.
