    It's a weird interpretation but I feel like this could be about the narrator falling in love with someone online ("e-girl" and "she has a profile picture of an anime girls face") he could want to fall asleep on call with her ("I wanna be the guy you fall asleep on call with"). He could also be an aggressive guy ("Mom took away my PS4 so I punched a hole through my bedroom wall") the girl could be feeding into his "fantasy" and be talking with other guys the whole time ( she could know that the narrator likes her)he could also be trying to find her ("your social media scoured you seek police interventions)... that was my train of thought with that.
